1X11 Manifestation Method


I tried a slight variation of this 1×11 manifestation method (or 11×1) and the results blew me away.

Instead of writing my manifestation statement on 11 consecutive days, I followed the ritual for one month.

I wrote a gratitude statement and then I wrote my affirmation statement 11 times in the morning and 11 times at night for 30 days. It changed my life. Here is my affirmation:

I exercise for one hour every day and eat a healthy diet.

In this digital age, it’s easy to use a digital device for writing and keeping information. But you need to handwrite your affirmation/statement for your manifestation. Writing by hand engages your mind better than typing. 

Follow these steps to use the 11×1 manifestation technique.

1. Make a Journal

Any kind of notebook or binder with writing paper will work. You need 11 pages, one for each day. Here’s what a finished page might look like.

Write the day and date at the top. Then write something you feel grateful about. Then write your statement 11 times.

2. Decide What You Want

Decide on one thing you wish to manifest. You likely have a million ideas in mind. Manifestation is easiest when you concentrate on one item at a time.

Be clear like you are when ordering a meal in the restaurant.

You would say,

“I’ll have the ribeye steak, medium rare, with a baked potato, sour cream, and a garden salad with Italian dressing.”

Clear and specific

You wouldn’t make a vague request like,

“I’ll have some meat and vegetables, please.”


Clarifying what you want helps you cultivate it and attract it to your life. After that, you can easily create an affirmation for this manifestation strategy.

3. Craft Your Desire In A Statement

There are some important rules for writing your manifestation statement. First, you need to write it as something you have, not something you want to remove. For example,

  •  “I’m financially secure with $150,000 cash net worth” is good. Financial security and $150,000 are things you have.
  • “My debts are gone, or my money worries are over,” are not good. Debts and money worries are things you want to remove.

Second, write it in the present tense as if it’s already true and craft it with emotion.

4. Choose a Starting Date

Believe it or not, research demonstrates that beginning your pursuit of a goal on certain days or dates improves your success. Start your 1×11 manifestation on Monday. Better yet, begin on the first day of the month.

5. Get Started.

Once you have your manifestation statement ready and choose a start day, begin your first day by writing down something you’re grateful for now. Think about it and appreciate it. Then handwrite your statement 11 times in the journal. 

Then in the evening, write the same gratitude statement once and write your manifestation statement 11 times again. Repeat this process for 11 consecutive days.

He strikes it over and over with his mighty sledgehammer. Even after 70, 80, and 90 blows, he can see no signs of the boulder breaking. Then finally, on the 101st blow, the boulder cracks.

Many things in life require action that doesn’t show immediate results but always delivers in the end if you persevere.

On the first try, you might not get the desired result from the 1×11 manifestation method. However, this doesn’t mean it won’t happen. 

Since manifestation is determined by you, the universe, and several other factors, it may take less or more time to manifest. 

Take action toward your goal and keep giving it your best. Words cannot replace actions.

So, if you want to manifest your wishes, you have to be aware of your ideas and take positive steps to make sure they work for you. Here are six ideas to get you started.

1. Focus on Your Goals and Your Motivations.

Be clear about what you want and why before you do anything else. When you know what you want and why you are in the right mindset to receive it. 

“Why” is just what motivates you to do it. It’ll keep you motivated when you face obstacles and setbacks. Having a good reason will keep you devoted no matter what.

2. Believe in Your Abilities

It’s also important to believe you can make the changes you want. Success rarely just happens. Taking action will require effort, but you won’t take action if you don’t believe in yourself. So believe in yourself.

3. Have Faith That You Can Achieve Your Goal.

If you desire something, you must believe it is achievable. This means you must be more convinced of its possibility than you are of its impossibility. 

It’s more likely to happen if you feel it’s possible because you’ll take action. However, if your doubts outweigh your belief, you slash the likelihood of achieving it and may even sabotage yourself.

4. Trust That You Deserve Success.

A lot of people feel unworthy when they think about what they want. If you believe you deserve it, you can get what you want.

Imagine, however, that you feel unworthy. You’ll often make subconscious choices that stop you from getting what you want if you’re like that. 

When you believe you deserve something, you will align your activities so that you can achieve it.

5. Fail Forward, Learn From It, and Keep Going.

Failure paralyzes many people. Fear of failure causes some people to avoid action to avoid a negative outcome. 

Highly successful people are known to take chances despite the possibility of failure.

Those who are wise realize that failure provides opportunities for growth and learning. You learn and grow a lot when you take chances and fail.

6. A Perfect Match Isn’t Always Possible.

If one door closes, another may open with a better opportunity.

The reality is that you will never have everything you want all of the time. Sometimes, you will be disappointed that you don’t get what you want, and that’s okay.

Instead of becoming a negative person, accept not getting what you wanted as a stepping stone to something better.

Not getting what you wanted can be a blessing in disguise. 

You can live your life your way. You may be able to make better choices and decisions by altering your thinking.

7. Be Patient

You may miss out on opportunities if you’re in a hurry. Sometimes failure reveals the right path to success. So if you’re rushing, you may not see the signs that will lead you to get what you want. 

So be patient, learn, seek answers, and ask for help.
